Bull Fine Arts is an alternative education program established in 1975. First opened in 1914 as the Stephen Bull Elementary School, the facility has specialists in vocal and instrumental music, dance and movement education, visual arts, creative dramatics and library science. While developing a solid grasp of basic academic skills, students also develop an understanding of the role of the arts in society, history and culture.
