BadgerCare Health Insurance
BadgerCare Plus (BC+) is Wisconsin’s public health insurance program. BC+ is available to children up to age 19, parents and caretakers, and pregnant women. BC+ can cover services including
- Preventative services including doctor visits, prenatal care, check-ups and shots (immunizations)
- Vision care
- Hospital care
- Medical equipment
- Prescription drugs
- Lab and x-ray services
- Mental health services
- Family planning services and supplies
- Speech, physical and occupational therapy
- Hearing services (including hearing aids)
